World Smile Day

Oct 02, 2026 @ 12:00am - Oct 09, 2026 @ 11:59pm

Join our sticker squad and cover the world in smiles!

Each year on World Smile Day, we celebrate kids with cleft and craniofacial differences. It’s a day to celebrate their strength and share a little kindness.

Community Challenge

Hand out stickers on World Smile Day — Friday, October 2nd — and help spread acceptance in your community.

Adults can share stickers in the office.  Kids can pass them out in the classroom, on the soccer field, anywhere!

Wearing a sticker shows your support.  Giving a sticker spreads your support.

Sticker sheets are available to order here.  Each sheet includes nine stickers with fun, confidence-boosting messages to share with friends.  Order your kit by Sept 24th to be ready for World Smile Day.

Don’t need a sticker kit?  You can still make an impact — donate today to support our kids.

Virtual Challenge

Help us reach our goal of supporting kids and spreading smiles everywhere.

POST a picture of your biggest smile and SHARE it with #STwithme to make kindness exponential.

Your smiles help us encourage individuality and promote confident, strong people of all ages — reminding everyone to #BeDifferent #BeAwesome.

Impact

Our World Smile Day celebration began as a simple way to honor the strength of our kids.  Today, it’s a movement that empowers them to be different — and inspires others to do the same.

Just as Harvey Ball said, “Do an act of kindness. Help one person smile.”  We stand with people who are proud of who they are — and who motivate others through their courage and experience.

This year, hand out stickers and join the #STwithme challenge to encourage individuality and promote confident, strong people of all ages.

Your support helps us advance research, education and care for cleft and craniofacial conditions.

Your smiles help us spread acceptance and positivity throughout the world.

Your caring makes a difference.

Thank you for being a part of our mission.

Today we celebrate courage, kindness and every beautiful difference that makes us who we are.

Share your smile! Let’s show the world what it means to smile together! #STwithme.
