Celebrate the magic of the season with a heartwarming afternoon of polka, laughter, and community! This family-friendly holiday event features toe-tapping tunes and plenty of cheer.
Our favorite polka band is back at it, raising funds and making an impact for kids with cleft and craniofacial conditions. We’re thrilled to partner with the NC Polka Time Allstars and The Blue Note Grill to support our mission!

The North Carolina Polka Time CHRISTMAS TIME Allstars will be bringing the holiday spirit with polka-style renditions of your favorite seasonal songs. Expect bells, brass, and big smiles as they turn Christmas classics into a rollicking good time.
This joyful, kid-friendly concert supports cleft and craniofacial research, education, and patient care. Smile Together is committed to creating a world where every child can achieve their potential—free from stigma and full of possibility.
Our programs promote positive change and advocate for the cleft and craniofacial community to eliminate barriers and celebrate every child’s unique strength.
